I am a DIY kind of guy so if anyone can shed any light on how the process works in Franklin County, I would appreciate it.

I ended up with a true landlording experience...including, section 8 inherited tenant, not paying her portion, 4 kids, doesn't pay bills, no phone, gets garbage pickup turned of by not paying...puts garbage in shed until code enforcement finds it.

She is very willing to be more active in real estate actives in order for us to qualify...I was hoping somebody could shed some light on this for me?

So this is why I was hoping to just talk to a few real estate agents that specialize in investment properties and was hoping they can shed some light on what markets would be good.
