I know in the worst-case scenario, if spend money to make the repairs I can pull a HELOC/ private loan and in the long run the benefits outweigh the negatives and all the expenses (as this is an investment).

I've no doubt in my mind that the particular staging went a very long way to sell that house as fast as possible for the highest dollar possible.I guess I'll tell one more story about my experience with Marcus, one that I'm a bit reluctant to say because I have tremendous respect for him and would never want to say something negative.
