As home owners, business owners or investors, how are these kinds of trends impacting your decisions right now?

I'm potentially looking at moving my business elsewhere and am interested in hearing recommendations from people who have had better experiences with property management companies in the area.

I'm working up a business plan now would love some more thoughts and opinions.1) Who give grants for this kind of thing2) I have checked with zoning, I'm thinking about doing something like a Affordable daycare, Offices for Native American Council (Building does have cultural significance), Grounds for Pow Wows and redo the gym in there for community event. 

You might also meet someone that could be a potential business partner.

Six Areas of Focus:Florence OR - Proposed regulation but nothing formal yet..within city limits properties are eligible for STR usages with a business license to remit local occupancy taxes. 

People's way of doing business changed. 

I live in Milwaukee, have househacked in two different properties, am a realtor, and almost all my business is working with investors (house-hackers, out of state buyers, flippers, etc). 

Has it made a major difference in your business?
