Dogs must be clean and well cared for and have at least a moderate semblance of manners.I'd rather have 200 pound mastiff sleeping all day in my house than a 3 pound toy poodle peeing behind the sofa.Larger breeds tend to be calmer and easier to house train.

This was here in SW Mo.So, I think you'd do better by hauling water in by the jug!

We have a neighborhood in mind with water views that is loaded with these old homes that just need to be hauled away. 

Of course that doesn't include fun money for eating out, cable, alcohol, toys and the like.

I have probably done ALL of the legwork 40 to 50 times for our homeowners buying, installing and hauling off refrigerators, washers, dryers, that went bad.

I own a large tractor with a box blade and loader that I can work pretty well.A neighbor has a dumtruck to haul fill dirt, and there is a place that delives crushed rock not too far away for a decent price.Need some advice, any questions welcome.thamks!
