I think the age of part time agents is on the wayside as you need to jump head first and go all in if you want to stay competitiv My approach is I consider this a trial period for myself, being an agent full time. 

If you’ve interviewed people then I’d suggest you pick one of them and do a trial run with this year’s set of taxes.

There’s a ton of controversy surrounding whether it’s legal/ethical/good practice or not.

There's been controversy on it, so on a busy street, somebody opened up a sandwich, dropped the wrapper on the sidewalk in front of your house, the property owner gets the citation.
