Im still a big advocate of buy and hold in California.

Being a CA resident you could be looking at a 30% tax (welcome to the 2nd highest tax in the world behind Denmark). 

Homes are still appreciating rapidly due to many factors and people are starting to flood the greater Seattle areas right now due to the home/rent prices in King County.

Hello my name is Greg I’m 35 years old I’m from the Southern California area I am new to the Real estate industry a few months ago I bought it and flipped my property in the city of Compton California my goal is to continue searching for property’s and Networking with different flippers and investors and building my portfolio for the past 11 years I have been in transportation industry I’m looking forward to this new journey ahead.

The problem with that is that each MLS is location specific, so you can't just view MLS listings from all over CA. 

I currently live in Southern California in the Long Beach area and am looking to do my 1st Buy and Hold investment out of state.
