The location has something value in it.Tenant screenings is very critical on both, but more so on the MF.

@Candace Postell, you can look up "Tools" > "Fileplace" (top of the screen) regarding the Contract/s you would need.I reckon a better question is: why would you EVER want to find your own Buyer/s, if you're not a Real Estate professional?

So if the tenant is 3 months into a one year lease with the old owner, you can't just kick them out when you take over.Buyers sometimes prefer to purchase a property with month-to-month leases in place, as it allows them more flexibility to remove a potentially problematic tenant (that they never personally screened).
