Here is a great article on it:http://www.thebugsquad.com/fleas/diatomaceous-eart...We like to put DE in all the cracks during a remodel, behind the outlet and switches before putting plates on, where the walls meet the floors before putting on the baseboard trim, and other areas to keep down the bug population for our tenants.Sorry you have to deal with fleas...Hope you get rid of them quickly!

Wire shelves that do not line up with studs can be affixed to wood backers that are attached to studs as in the pic at the bottom.Note in the pic the workman has done good job, and trimmed the corners neatly and evenly, and primed and painted the boards to match the surrounding paint.

That's 4-5 hours at most, which is part-time work.It shouldn't take more then 5 hours to cut and trim 5 lawns.

The older houses being from mid 60,s to mid 70’s are any where from 59k to 80k needing minor repairs such as paint and trim etc. the newer houses are 120k and up needing no work.

Ensure it's a high grade product, "Water PROOF" (not water resistant which many are) and I also caulk along the bottom edge of the trim/baseboards so if water splashes/leaks you'll see it on the floors as it pools up.
