The economy is booming with the development of ABC Supply CO and Dollar General along with Amazon moving to Beloit in the near future.

But, I would argue, if you do do this at the wrong time, you have the potential to take a devastating blow to your financial future, that could set you back years. 

Even though a wholesaler may claim they are only procuring and selling contracts (which is legal),one might argue they are really advertising a property they do not own on behalf of a Seller as well as representing the Buyer by conducting tours, recommending inspectors and financing options, etc....all activities performed traditionally by a state-licensed Broker.  

Outside a QBP cash flow allows one to buy financial freedom much earlier than allowed by traditional methods so I would argue that holding assets inside AND outside QBP’s is equally important but that the balance between the two should be based on your personal financial goals.

The ABC's of Real Estate Investing is also commonly mentioned, and I read the Real Book of Real Estate by Kiyosaki and team and it provided a great overview of over 15 sects of real estate. 

I can't argue that.
