The only issue with this is that a Bill of sale does not alone convey ownership nor do the residents/occupants/park managers even have the authority to sell the home they do not legally own.Additionally, like Curt mentioned, the likelihood of the previous owner coming back to demand possession of their mobile home is highly unlikely.
