There is no base line to this question which makes all answers wildly different and correct.

By current CA law a renter who is unrelated to the homeowner has almost FOUR MONTHS in which to vacate, AFTER the change of ownership (early in the 2008 debacle I think it was 30 days, and it was a kind of "wild west" with "landlords" renting out properties that didn't even belong to them). 

The sad part in all this mess is the fact the guy( Morris) could have been wildly successful and built an empire (legally )had he done things the right way he still could have really made a name for himself .

He has real, big company experience, is wildly successful, and has a proven system for coaching.  

So just take a speed ball and enjoy the mushroom cloud. 

Manufactured housing is wildly antiquated, because of this factor several companies have re-invision and invigorate the engineering of such to wild success.

There will be spillover into Texas mostly for back office functions (which will eventually move to India sorry) but the whole darn misconception that Texas is going to gobble up all of NYC and SF Bay Areas businesses is nice wild fantasy!
