The interest payments these days are virtually nil. 

There are lots of virtual networking events happening virtually in the REI world. 

I see virtual wholesalers from all over the world doing deals in markets they will never step foot in.

Also just throwing it out there but we run a meetup called Pints & Properties in MA (now virtual).

Now that the world is virtual, we are hoping to make it to our vacation home one weekend an month but rent for much of the year. 

In today’s world of Savings Accounts with virtually no interest paid, simply selling, paying the tax and placing funds in a Savings Account is not a very attractive option.

To all my real estate folks doing deals virtually.....

For virtually everything else we go to Home Depot or Lowe's. 

Also as Brianna stated there are a few RE meet up groups around some are better then others but either way it is good to get out and network and meet folks I can discuss a various groups that I'm aware of, most are doing virtual meetups now.
