I am currently an engineer making a nice 6 figure salary but I am tired of the rat race (extremely long unpredictable hours) and want to be in business for myself...I want to make money work for us!  

After all most modern cars still travel on tires. 

Used to add inexpensive curtains (they make the house look better at showings) but got tired of tenants stealing them at move out. 

Surprises can be your tires going flat, or your rent going up, or any of the millions of other things that happen in life - and they will happen!  

I’m already tired of the maintenance and sharing my space.Quickly find someone to marry, and ditch the renters for 2 years before selling.Add onto and convert my office into a proper cottage where I can live in solitude while renting out the main house, unfurnished.

He responded with an absurdly low rate - to which I said that is too low - I ended buying him 2 tires he needed (I work in an automotive shop as my 9-5) and he did the work. 

I'm trying to find recent eviction records so I can market to tired landlords, but I've been googling for days and can't find a thing that points in the right direction.

It's a tired old scam that apparently still works.  

Had a long term tenant in our guest house prior, and grew tired of being a landlord on my own property.

at this point I've gotten tired of refinancing every few years for 100k.
