The best way (but not the fastes way) is through SEO search engine optimization (that is how I make all my money through homerun deals).The faster way however, is establishing a credible website, and drive ideal traffic to the site manually.

Again, we've spent over 200 years getting to the point where all people (women, minorities, etc) are equal in terms of voting rights...and to arbitrarily adjust the system to account for one issue -- albeit a major one -- just doesn't sit right with me.Long story short, don't assume that my disagreement with your plan has anything to do with optimism...if anything, it has more to do with pessimism in our ability to effect radical change without those in charge using it as a mechanism to destroy this country even more.
