I live in Thousand Oaks in Ventura county but would love to learn more about those counties

I am looking for a recommendation for a plumber that works in the Chestnut Hill / Oak Lane / Mt Airy sections of Philadelphia.

Unless you're willing to look near Fort Worth or in an area like Oak Cliff...but keep in mind both the ADU and the main house are probably going to need a lot of work in that case.

Hi Pamela,I’d try Mt Airy, Germantown, West Oak Lane, Roxborough, Port Richmond, and Tacony... note that Philly neighborhoods can be very block-to-block, so some blocks around those areas may be more or less Class B than others.
