I-70 by-passed this town when it was constructed and while it is "only" 10 miles off I-70, there is literally no reason for anybody to take the extra 10 mile jaunt out to this place when everything they need (gas, lodging, mechanic, etc) is already at the Byers exit that anybody would have to get off at to get these things.Anybody purchasing this property would need to make it a destination.

Just save.Don't make babies, don't finance any car purchases, don't get a dependa while still in, live in the barracks (or luxury suites or whatever they are called in the AF :P ), avoid the strippers, don't get a stupid life insurance policy, eat in the chow hall where the food is actually pretty good considering that you're still paying for it even if you don't eat there (I actually miss "Salisbury Steak" believe it or not...), minimal tats visible while wearing a t-shirt and shorts, KEEP READING!
