Would it be wise to put a percentage down on a same priced vehicle and finance, or save my credit inquiry for possibly a deal in real estate?

My real estate agent over in Boise said he's getting more and more inquiries from conservative people living in Seattle and the Willamette Valley who are fed up with the growing extreme liberalism they see happening in these areas. 

<g>I was awarded the judgement and about every six months sent a letter of inquiry in to the court asking about the status.  

On the ground I'd say half of investor inquiries have some concern for flood, fire or heat.

I have an 810 credit score and want to shop around for the best rates but also do not want to have a number of hard inquiries on my credit.

I get half-a-dozen inquiries a week from investors in my area ever so casually trying figure out whether I might be convinced to fix their houses cheap for them.Keep working on your businesses, people.

I say NO a lot these days to inquiries.

Stay away from hard inquiry’s unless your sure of your credit.
