I attended the 3 day training with Fortune Builders in February which was informative however, the up sell was minimum 30k,40k,50k which was too much for me.

Jumping in without doing a strong numbers analysis and GC has cost me monetarily and led me to intermittent episodes of anxiety disorder; however I feel fortunate and, at this point, undeterred.I'm emotionally recovered enough that I'm now ready to remodel a house I purchased as a home back in 1992 in Longmont, CO; I held onto it because I always thought I might move back one day. 

And fortunately she supports the real estate ventures now mostly syndications, raising money from partner, due diligence & partnerships.

Fortunately, we have one that is going to renew this year, but he came to us because his previous PM could not rent the unit in 7 months.

HA.I will just keep learning and finding (hopefully) a house to do some rehab on -- fortunately I have a great handyman who can do a lot and is reasonably priced.Thank you -- have a nice weekend there.  

Fortunately, my mom has developed a friendship over the past few years with them.

But I learned from the error of my ways and have been fortunate enough that my greed for quick money has not bankrupted me and my real estate has been producing.

Fortunately the situation worked it self out.
