You still need to have a heightened level of pleadings if you are going after someone incorporated, a higher burden for production of evidence, and service upon the registered agent as well as the individual you wish to sue.

What you did describe is evidence of there being a housing affordability issue but just price escalation does not by itself imply that there is a bubble.This being said, the monetary policy in Canada may either trigger or defuse a bubble.
