If you don't want the water or trash in their name, you can invoice them as part of their monthly rent.

In the future, make sure you have the verbiage in the inspection objection that "when requesting a repair, it is understood that a Colorado licensed and insured contractor is used and all invoices, scope of work, and receipts will be provided to the buyer no later than the day prior to the final walk through".  

I asked for invoice from the vendor but she said it's a flat rate and if I wanted an "estimate" it would be an extra $65 charge.
