I have not set this up yet but it only works for deposits so they can't take mont out, transfer money to their account or see the account balance, only deposit.In this case it would save your borrower the cost of a money order and thee is no mail lag.

I suppose you could sell the rights to the property (e.g. short term option), with a deed transfer being recorded after the 60 day period.
