I don't know the law back and forth in Texas, but bouncing ideas off an atty based on what others have used in their lease is my motivation here.

If you had sent in a check on time and the check bounced would you expect to pay the fees?

Rooney As Justin said, the point of BP is to learn, bounce ideas off each other, and grow as investors.

To date (knock on wood) we haven't had any issues with checks bouncing.
