Took me about a year of false starts with a bunch of traditional lenders to find this one.

Which is very absurd because why have all that risk and still pay market prices?

Just like I'm getting false positive doorbell chimes now, I wouldn't want the opposite to happen where 1st floor tenants think someone knocking on the front door is for them if that's not the case.Although I do like that (contrarian?)

Without keeping a large amount of cash from the seller in escrow, getting them to do anything post close is absurd.

While I am still learning and researching as much as I can, it doesn't take an investment genius to know that the real estate market in many parts of California is absurd...

ALSO, say things like "..it sounds very violent, like they are fighting" BUT, be careful not to lie or make a false report when the operator tries to get you to be more specific, just keep saying it sounds like they are fighting, and I can't really hear exactly what's being said, but "...they are being angry and violent sounding" ....keep it vague and if they try and over question you, like they do in LA to avoid the call, just tell them your doing your part and reporting the problem, you are not a professional psychologist or crisis interventionist, they should send someone who is, like Police!

Filing a false police report is a crime.
