Puerto Rico's macroeconomic and debt woes are no secret, but I've personally had lots of success down here, and have no plans on getting out any time soon.

Action steps are the SECRET that everyone is looking for.

While we work on our next major addition to the site (top secret, but very cool), we're also redesigning many of the areas of BiggerPockets that have been ignored, design-wise, for some time.We decided to start with the BiggerPockets Blog, as it is one of the busiest areas of the site.

There is no secret sauce a mentor can give you, you know the math, you have the wholesaler contacts, you know how to scour MLS, there isn't a missing piece in your knowledge that someone else needs to fill aside from cheerleader.

On foreclosure sales I've attended (Texas), the bid price was a carefully guarded secret.

But, it didn't ask me how I wanted to pay or any secret words or anything.
