Extra caution should be used when making any additions or changes to this wiring.The main electrical panel box appears to be new and recently installed, however it is very loose to the wall where it is attached to deteriorating boards and also has rust on the lugs on old breakers installed inside.

But there has been appreciation since the property was first placed under contract, so I was thinking I could just turn around and resell it for a profit--maybe doing some light cosmetic work on the inside (e.g. remove fake wood paneling, paint, repair broken window)--since there are a ton of first time homebuyers who might jump at any habitable house for $200k, regardless of zoning.  

Is there a way to have the solar panel company release the lien without releasing the person that actually agreed to the solar panels in the first place?

And before you answer that, let me just say that our contract specifies solid wood doors throughout the house and he charged us $400 for the "upgrade" to solid wood when he had initially ordered the hollow panel.

They literally took pictures that didn't show the meter out of the panel box, much less the foundation or mold issues.

Thanks to @Mark Robinson at Watson Realty we are going to have the Sept 8th meetup in the conference room at the Watson Realty office at 4516 NW 23RD Ave Gainesville, FL 32606.We'll have a panel of people including me as someone who just put there first property up last week and came up with a ton of questions as well as Lorne Rodriguez from Keller Williams who has several properties and knows much more than I do.

We are pretty sure that the walls that are up now are just thin sheetrock & wood paneling essentially and that they are not fire rated. 

It will have a 12/12 metal roof and a combination design of Hardy Board cemititous exterior paneling.
