If there are signs of structural damage, the inspector may recommend you get a structural engineer to assess the property.Key points to inspect would be:- Foundation- Plumbing- Electrical system- Floors- Roof- Mechanical systems- Hazardous material - mold, asbestos, termite damage, etc.Best of luck to you moving forward!
