Are you able to have a structural engineer give you a report on what it would take to fix and go get bids from qualified foundation repair companies prior to purchasing it?

If there are signs of structural damage, the inspector may recommend you get a structural engineer to assess the property.Key points to inspect would be:- Foundation- Plumbing- Electrical system- Floors- Roof- Mechanical systems- Hazardous material - mold, asbestos, termite damage, etc.Best of luck to you moving forward!
