My family has been here for multiple generations and has always been very involved in the area, including on the real estate front, so I have deep roots in and love for the place, and come by my interest in real estate honestly :-) Professionally, I'm an interior designer specializing in high end residential design for successful, busy professionals, and aging-in-place/universal/accessible design, for those who either need it now or (preferably) want to plan ahead, just in case, knowing that at least 68% of us will be disabled in some way eventually, or who know they have some health issues for which they know they will eventually need to make some modifications to their homes if they want to continue to live there.

then go ahead with the deal (you should have built in enough of a contingency to account for these kinds of surprises)...this is actually a  normal occurrence, in my experience, when buying from gov't institutions.

After our conversation Thurs  I went ahead and back dated ALL the property management documents and recreated the statements in Propertyware back to Oct. 28th , which was not a simple task.

I began thinking that if we were to go ahead, forsake beating the PMI, and purchase this duplex for 68K with 10K down we would have 40K instant equity, which we could then use as two down payments for two more duplexes.

Click here.In regards to the Environmental Control Committee, I would check in the Architectural Guidelines/CC&R's to see what it is exactly their purpose is as I have never heard of an ECC.
