I literally finish the book yesterday : ) Now I don't want to get into politics but it really made me think why the rich gets upset when they are being tax so much and you know what I don’t blame them, because when I am in that position and work hard for my money, I don’t think I should be tax more because I am wealthy, It really open my eyes.

If the content of the program is truly worth it--people will buy it--and they didn't have to have to sell it that hard.Most upsetting is that there were a lot of obviously disadvantaged people there who desperately wanted to buy into the American dream.

It might happen, you might stumble into a victory, sure, but as a game plan it's not very good at all. 

Agents are not responsible for owners actions.. the buyer should have if they were that upset not closed. 

It’s a solid deal but I’ve seen a few recently so I wouldn’t be too upset to let it go.

Maybe a victory dance or a fist pump.

Also, there's always events like 9/11 that are unexpected and temporarily upset the economy as a whole.

At the end of the day small victories need to be celebrated.

This would keep me from spending a lot of money on properties that I don't even bid on depending on the upset amount.What is your recommendation?

Having been a Realtor, I would be very upset if I did a bunch of research for a client, only to find out that they were working with one or more Realtors.
