Seeing my father being forced to retire after being a Deputy General Manager at a bank for 30 years like he hasn't done anything there was a true shock to me.

Though it depends on your long-term investment/retirement strategy, I'd recommend looking at a low-interest loan with a lower down payment.

Now I have a seller that just wants out and want me to take over payments on 2 rentals he has because he is retireing and wants to move and not handle them long distance.
