Do you also provide umbrella insurance for short term rentals?

I would need a long term loan or mortgage using my house as collateral.

I truly believe that it's always a good time to buy real estate, as long as you know where to go and where it makes sense.

At a minimum, it should list a start date and then the length of the term.

Investment also spiked in Class A Short-Term Rentals (STR) and investors started paying higher and higher prices based upon anticipated STR rental rates, that exceeded sustainability based upon Long-Term Rental rates (LTR).

From what I can tell, you are required to offer a lease renewal, but you can change the terms.

I am looking for someone that is currently in the short term rental business.

The group gets a nice short term return, my landlord makes a share of that, agent fees and half of profit.

What if I move to make the house my primary residence, move in my tenants, and then move back to my home state to rent an apartment after x amount of months (not sure how long I would need to live there every year)?

You may get a higher CoC, but you may lose out on significant appreciation in the long run.
