I don't know where the idea of wholesaling came from, or who influenced you to go that direction, but be careful my friend!

I think there are a lot of factors into deciding what your best decision wil be with your properties, but generally speaking the market is very strong in Montclair right now and may be a big influence in what path you choose.

They may let a seller suffer less who carried back a second.Assuming there is an agreement for the second to cut the debt, restructuring it later, dealing fraudulently with a lender to influence them in taking a loss won't be something you want to do.

I will however need to learn to systemize finding buyers beyond my spirit of influence as that will run dry from only living in GA for 2 years.It's going to be fun talking to the brokers and finding the shoe that fits best.

This fund will serve the purpose of controlling interest rates through it's influence over the market.It will create revenues that we can use to pay for medicare,SS and all the other entitlement programs we have and it can do it with the money we are already paying in taxes.How about it?
