I'm not requesting any of these things, just expressing some of my motivation for joining the site.I found BiggerPockets on YouTube and subscribed a little over a year ago but only recently decided that my 401k and IRA weren't going to get us where we wanted to be so I started watching more and more videos.I work full-time (with a part-time second job) and my wife is a stay-at-home mom.

I wanted to write to introduce myself, and well as express my thanks to this incredible community.  

We have a number of other friends that have expressed interest in our plan to build up a portfolio of properties in the Wauwatosa and surrounding areas of Milwaukee.  

I've never been to crazy about rentals but I'm willing to do what makes most sense.This year I was working with a partner to get into a business (notes business wasn't high enough velocity), we were looking at an express car wash or self storage, both projects would be multimillion dollar liability and we worked on this for several months until I came across a developer to works with investors.After learning about what he does, it definitely caught my interest to get into development since you got the money out that you put in plus your gain.  

I looked at Cozy but there ach payments take 5 business days to process unless you pay a fee for express service.

Again I cannot express how valuable of a resource this site is. 

I am currently stuck between Real Estate Express and Georgia Institute of Real Estate (GIRE).If any of you have attended either one of these schools please inform me of your experience.

Not sure if there is any way to "fix" that problem (not sure if problem is the right word here) but you expressing that provides some valuable insight for Josh and all of us "big players".Your comments are appreciated and thank you for adding value to this site.Will
