Your sample size is too small and biased. 

If it's for all borrowers, the sample population is irrelevant.

@Mike Fletcher Medians get screwed when doing full blown populations and not sample sets, if I remember my statistics correctly. 10 is different from 100 Million.

Hey @Joshua Coleman - there's a couple of online providers out there, but what I would recommend doing once finished with your courses is ordering a sample exam book of questions for your state.
