We're talking a run down area with convenience stores, cell phone stops, T-shirt shops, nail salons and even a dreaded store front church (I remember an Urban Planning professor describing store front churches as an indicator that the commercial value was in the lowest tier).

I had the attorney set up 2 EINs, one for the parent and one for the cell: 1- EIN #1 for the parent was set up with my business partner and me as the members2 - EIN #2 was set up for the cell but he also set it up with my business partner and me as the members EIN #1 was setup just fine.
