Real estate licenses don't transfer over state lines.

I have been looking to expand my portfolio in Cleveland Oh, have a good company lined up for that but apparently Berea is too far for them.  

how do the cities let this hold any ground with squatters rights. where is the line drawn ?

I transferred my credit card debt with 21+% interest into balance transfer credit cards allowing me to pay off my credit card debt without paying interest (that would later negatively effect my credit score, little did I know, due to opening new lines of credit--C'Est la Vie!)  

The house is a multi family home built in 1900, 4 beds/2 baths, 4,000 sq ft lot, 1,500 sq ft, was last sold for $69,000 in 2003 and currently has an estimated value of $79k. 

This not knowing (especially when there's money on the line) is scary!!!

There are now other houses currently available for rent in the area with the same number of beds and a similar sq footage.

Those other things: beds/baths, sq ft, age, etc. all matter much more.
