Of course you can probably learn all of this on youtube if/when the time comes, but  it's just food for thought.

Currently I have started analyzing some properties using Realtor.com (will look into Redfin) like Brandon discuss in the webinars and on Youtube.

Brandon Turner helped me to analyze my first property on youtube, and  Im getting the rhythm. now I understand why many of you mentioned my bar was set too low, and unfortunally for me all of you were right. so here I am analyzing properties one a day.
