The more of those points you can eliminate, the smoother the machine runs.

They had a previous contractor install the washing machine drain to the sewer incorrectly and the tenant is smelling sewer smell in their unit.

However, I am a REALTOR® in GA and have read up on this topic quite a bit here on BP.

When doing repairs or replacement, are the lines re-dug by hand, minimizing the damage to landscaping or by machine, reducing the level of effort, but causing more damage to the vegetation, driveways, and fences?  

Install laundry hookups but not machines. 

When we do loans we have to communicate with the PM and I assure you from our perspective it’s clear what property managers operate like a well oil machined and the others that most likely are providing inferior results and services to their clients.  

We've been playing with a new toy lately and I'm wondering if any anyone else has any experience with dry ice blasting machines.
