They constantly upset the consumer with the promise that they will learn "secrets" to RE investing.  

Now, the VA loan guarantee is the best kept secret available to Veterans and AD servicemembers.

I've enjoyed the book "The Weekend Millionaire's Secrets to Investing in Real Estate", & I'm wondering if this would be a logical next step?

Last year when Amazon built a 1 million square foot center here home prices went up a lot.I am hoping this corrects the recent downturn, this means there will be quite a few management people from that center looking for nice homes in the area to buy.There has also been talks of another 1.5 million square foot facility being built soon but they always keep the identity of the place secret until they are ready to break ground.

We have a duty to enjoy no hidden or secret profits from a transaction.

I would suggest 100% avoiding any "secret real estate guru" stuff as usually if it sounds too good to be true it is.
