Datsun  ( what Nissan used to be called) was the first car manufacturer to come out with 0% interest .. you see that now and again even today when dealers/manufacturers need to move inventory.So I thought HM  what would the PV of a zero % seller carry back look like to yield an investor a return.. turned out a 30 month no interest note has the same PV value as a 7 year 15% note which is what our go to notes were in those days we then sold those notes at a discount to yeild the note investor 20 to 30% return... so I rolled it out and sold a lot of land that way.And when i take back houses from failed landlords I will often sell my REO this way with zero % short term notes.. my PV is sky high the notes are rock solid..

All complimented with Amazon fulfillment centers, google, and more tech manufacturing jobs.The bad reputation comes from OOS investors wanting $20k D market properties.

I have a company I know that will be manufacturing $50,000 ADU's here recently and am trying to figure out how I can cash in on this. 

The biggest news as of late is Intel's plan to build chip manufacturing plants in Licking County, a $20 billion investment, which is the largest private investment in state history.

They manufacture right there at the facility - the plastics stink sometimes in the summer, though none of my tenants have ever complained.

Options for manufactured home on land, those are at lower price points and can have opportunities for forced appreciation and are common in our area2.

Regular machines have their own wash cycle timer installed at manufacture.

My wife and I own 25 Ag exempt, debt free acres on a hard corner of SH130 a few miles up the road from where Tesla bought a new manufacturing site.
