I guess it has a trunk, most things in a rehab aren't 8' long, trim can go on top, so can sheetrock if you don't fly down the highway.

In my current home, I've installed the flooring, done the trim work, painting, drywall repair, demo, tile work including water proofing, and subfloor repairs.

Hi everybody, thank you for your help and advice, i called the township and certified that it is not my responsibility to cut the tree down, i notified my neighbor saying that they could trim or cut the roots if they feel necessary, The tree is quite large and only a few roots are on their side, don't really see it coming down.thank you for your help !

IT might not....Second we did a 10 building complex 2 story builidngs, that had paint on the brick,, we sand blasted the paint off as much as we could.. the look of the exposed brick with partial paint on it had a old European look which is WOW really popular now.. the owner did copper clad trim on windows and copper color lighting to make it really look awesome.

Around me, every new policy I have purchased had an inspection (drive by) soon after purchasing.One of my properties was sighted for some maintenance issues (rotted trim around a window) and some misc storage junk in the yard (they claimed it was a fire hazard).  

Then you have flooring, drywall, paint, trim, the electrician for moving the vanity light, the new vanity light, upgrading the outlets/circuits if needed (bathrooms now have an extra circuit), and are you up to code on ventilation?

Last year, I worked cutting down and trimming trees along with other landscape jobs.
