Hi Joe,If it were mine I'd replace the rocks with more pavers and hit the pavers with a defoliant to get rid of the weeds.Since you live there too, a nice BBQ might be tasty addition.And a lemon tree means free lemon-aid and lemon meringue pie, as well as tradable with the neighbors fruit, for oranges, avocados and olives (but you have to scout the area for who has those trees).Good Luck!
