The seller, while very motivated, is also out of patience, and is ready to kill the deal.In an attempt to keep it alive, a dialog with my agent led to permission from the seller  "to do whatever it takes to put this deal together"This was in regards to altering the property to meet the requirements of the lender, to be clear.As it stands, we close in a week.

He repeatedly trespassed on my property (documented with pictures, etc.) and I called the police on him when he refused to move his guests vehicles out of my driveway that were parked there without my permission when he was throwing a party.

I realize all appraisers are different, but I feel more comfortable getting a professional ( hopefully ) opinion.If necessary to renovate interiors before refinance, is there a way to do it while they are there with their permission before their leases ends?

@Patrick Mcgowen,I had permission/permits for nothing because a mobile home manufactured etc is not real estate its personal property hince the repo not foreclosure I did at least tell the park manager I will be rehabbing the mobile home.In some cases because I do a few mobile/manufactured/modular home investments I typically have the home moved to a unrestricted lot and placed on foundation which then increases value.
