I've sent out my first letters from recent driving around I've done.15 in total.The more I listen to the podcasts and read on the site I realize that number is really low.My question is where is the best place to gather a larger list to mass mail.Also wondering why most examples of letters I see are hand written.I was thinking about setting up a generic letter on Office and just plugging in the name and address and printing them out.Thanks

but there is a huge difference in those type of transactions as those representing they are going to solve problems for home owners .I just got an e mail from a wholesaler in Washington who send out a mass e mail on a property in Portland quick check of public records they don't own it.. the e mail is a marketing piece with the house bed bath the price no mention of assignment etc..
