Ramsey Co was just as bad last year.  

It's very impressive.

I developed a relationship with the same banker who set me up with my LLC auto loan and just last month he helped set me up with an unsecured credit line in my LLC.  

My former partner and I worked as general contractors / developers on new construction SFHs and small multi units (3-4 flats) for the last 3.5 years.

We have 2 multi-family properties in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and we just bought our first fix N flip last week.

Real estate is the long game, if you invest in 3-5 years besides the last 5-7 years you typically will not have significant equity gains, but when the govt pumps 6T into the economy that is why pricing went up and people made money, not because people became savvy investors.

I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and reading their books for the last couple of years and I am eager to start my journey in the world of real estate investing.

I am left with 2 ABS Loans, Tenant occupied property that is now in foreclosure, because since November of last year I was trying to refinance, but the loan officer I was working with made me believe that he can refinance at least one of them, resulted in a failure to get approved. 

She originally moved in 6 years ago as a couple w/ 2 children,  they got a divorce last year and she stayed in the house.
