That’s what was grinding my gears is the fact this wannabe investor looks like he got in over his head with an offer he can’t make good on meanwhile an investor that did his homework (Me) and made sure he could and would make good on his word is now looking into building his property isn’t of buying a perfectly good one.

Zillow had a ton of noise with people requesting views and not really following my requested process (email confirming you meet criteria, about yourself, etc) so I rarely had anyone come to the open house that initially came from Zillow.

There were also times where the noise next door would be really loud, and in my mind I’d approach the tenant as a neighbor simply asking if they could keep it down but since she knows I’m the owner it would turn into this big thing and she would feel as if she was under attack. .
