That’s what was grinding my gears is the fact this wannabe investor looks like he got in over his head with an offer he can’t make good on meanwhile an investor that did his homework (Me) and made sure he could and would make good on his word is now looking into building his property isn’t of buying a perfectly good one.

It might take a new investor 3 to 4 months of grinding to come to the same conclusion I already know so I will not waste time with them.

Zillow had a ton of noise with people requesting views and not really following my requested process (email confirming you meet criteria, about yourself, etc) so I rarely had anyone come to the open house that initially came from Zillow.

It takes a LOT of grinding work to be successful.Your other option is to learn enough to convince someone to partner or lend you funds to invest in real estate.
