If they feel like they got screwed, we have choices: 1) Deny what they feel, and rationalize what we did; 2) Accept what they feel as their biased perspective, and feel comfortable with what we did; 3) Accept what they feel as having some validity, and look for ways to improve our work in the future; and a number of other possibilities.

On the other side of that coin as other members have pointed out these are not areas that many of us would enjoy a 9:30pm 10pm dog walk right before bed.My personal suggestion would be based on counties rather than just areas, but I am news so my logic maybe bias based on other factors and my personal knowledge of the area.

Maybe I'm biased but it feels like he is protecting his own interest by trying to find the buyer himself so he can double dip on the commissions (acting against the code of ethics right?)

So I'm doing a cash out refi on my primary and I was already expecting a low appraisal based on that information alone will bias the appraiser, but this is ridiculous!!!

In Warren there are still houses around 100K , and I have visited months ago and seem peaceful city with old houses, and some people I know already bough houses there around Mile 14 and Ryan , which is my area of interest since I know it from couple of visits.Also I was seeing some people online complaining that Michigan no longer landlord friendly due to extra taxes and bias toward tenant ?
