I can't express how relieved/happy/excited I am. 

The course I took was Real Estate Express and it’s ALL reading, no videos, no instructions, nothing...just slide after slide of reading material.

Of the 10 homes we have seen and expressed interest in, all 10 had a deal written within 1-4 days of being listed.

No one gets approved without the express approval of the landlord.

I applied for an american express lowes card which is 5% off all the time and 10% off during special sales.

I do believe this can be mitigated by having an ownership partner local who is self managing, but relying on a PM has not been successful in my experience.I am still looking at multi family here in San Diego and feel the pain expressed by investors that live in hot markets.

She is down w almost any decision I make and I have already expressed that selling my house in LA was a possibility.
