I'm soaking up as much knowledge as possible, through podcasts, various youtube videos, guides here on Bigger Pockets, and anyone who's willing to talk real estate with me.I've started looking into the local REIA groups to meet other investors in the area, just to get some insight into challenges, triumphs, and over all experience in the business here in Charlotte and surrounding areas. 

The 2nd lender knows I am engaging other lenders and it doesn't bother him but he is likely confident that he may get the business due to his close relationship with my agent.

Challenge Accepted!

Then you get a foreign trust account with a bridge trust and when the trigger is engaged by a pre-established threat then the domestic trust moves all assets into the Cook island trust which does not recognize US courts or judgments.

I think realtors have to become more sophisticated as the value proposition gets challenged, but it’s harder to automate these transactions given the nature of the business and asset.

I love what I do in my day (and often night) job, but I also still love the fun, freedom, challenge, and excitement that comes with real estate. 

One of the challenges I am facing is finding a good property manager in those small towns.

Sounds like this might be a little more challenging than other areas.
