Residential, Commercial, wholesale, flips, foreclosures, bankruptcy, Subject To and Lease Option, Section 8 Rentals, Standard rentals, etc.

He had only liability insurance and was on disability.  6 surgeries and 14 months learning how to walk again left me filing for bankruptcy. 2009 march, bankruptcy discharged.

Then he was going to have to declare bankruptcy.  

That deal took a few months just to get them to contract as they were going through a bankruptcy and other issues.

A big road-block though I have is my bankruptcy record which won't go away till January 2019 so I'm pretty sure that will take a big hit when I try to get loans prior.

Looking for some guidance if i should even pursue it:Situation: it went to preforclosurechapter 7 Bankruptcy filed which stopped proceedingsThe bank resumed foreclosure proceedings after 2 yearsThe property went to auction and was purchased (with a receipt and all)chapter 13 Bankruptcy was filed by the sellerThe Auction Buyer asked for their money backchapter 13 Bankruptcy case was dismissedAuction Buyer filed another motion to cancel the refund request and be the buyer of the propertyBank filed a motion agreeing with Auction buyerFrom everything I see, the auction buyer basically owns the property unless:the judge decides to refund them the money and puts it back for auctionI speak with the bank and see if something else can be done?

My current home is being foreclosed and my landlord says everything is ok because he is going to file for bankruptcy but after researching into it he is just thinking about short saying it to me.

He would not be claiming bankruptcy, just staying in his current home until they kick him out.

The Owner of that Entity, could have thrown his hands in the air, gave up, filed bankruptcy and it would have costs my Network of Clients money.

One reason for the attitude was the police hired officers with prior bankruptcies.
