Hello BP was wondering if anyone in the Stockton area know any good contractor's its my first flip hoping nothing goes wrong I finally feel ready but still shaky I have to take the leap I don't want to find a bad or lazy contractor  any help will be appreciated

I think the common theme here is risk tolerance....how much or little do you have?

However, I have been considering obtaining an LLC for my protection, but I do realize that big banks will not loan out to me if I have an LLC.I was wondering what your thoughts were on whether I should get an LLC and find a new lender or hold off on the LLC?

I hear the stories of credit unions working wonders and I make lots of calls but I guess I haven't found that kind of relationship yet. 

I was wondering if anyone out there has experience in Barn Home construction.
